Pears with Hazelnuts

Patty's Pinot Closet

Serves 8

Ingredients:
4   red pears
1 log soft goat cheese such as chevre
4 Tbsp ground roasted hazelnuts

Half red pears. Scoop out core with a melon baller. For goat cheese balls the size of the melon baller and place in the cavity. Sprinkle with the ground roasted hazelnuts.
